About the experience

Balos is thrilled to welcome the internationally celebrated Chef Diane Kochilas for an unforgettable Cookbook Dinner. Join us Sunday, November 2nd at 5:30pm. Be among the first to savor dishes from her brand-new cookbook, ATHENS: Food, Stories, Love: A Cookbook, as Chef Diane brings the flavors, stories, & spirit of Greece to life. The evening begins with selection of passed appetizers, followed by a three-course meal, each course highlighting vibrant recipes from ATHENS & paired with wine from Kir-Yanni. Guests will also enjoy an intimate meet & greet with Chef Diane, making this a one-night-only opportunity to connect with one of the world’s leading authorities on Greek cuisine. We are delighted to welcome Kir-Yianni Estate as the wine sponsor for this special dinner. Founded by Yiannis Boutaris in the mountains of Northern Greece, Kir-Yianni has become one of the country’s most respected wineries. Their wines express both tradition & innovation, showcasing Greece’s native varieties with authenticity & quality. We are proud to share their wines with our guests alongside the cuisine of Balos & the vision of Diane, celebrating the best of Greece at the table.
