Server
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Proper handling of cash and credit card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room/ side stations
Ensure consistent, high-quality service
Address guest concerns and complaints with grace and efficiency
Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails and greek wine
Work closely with team members and communicate effectively
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Server in an equal caliber restaurant
Understanding of Greek cuisine + Passion for cocktails
Ability to handle high-volume high-pressure situations
Knowledge of Micros
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality
