*Times: Reservations available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
*Menu: Savor your favorites from a four course tasting menu.
*Price: $125 per person, beverages, tax, gratuity not included.
*Experience: All reservations in this seating will have a two-hour dining window, with a firm farewell at 9:00 PM to set the stage for the evening’s grand celebration. The dining window begins at the time of the reservation, if the group is late, this dining window may be reduced.

* Experience: No time limits—stay, sip, and celebrate as we welcome the New Year together in Balos style. Our dress code for this seating is Upscale Formal & Festive. Black tie is optional, offering guests the choice to embrace full elegance or polished, celebratory attire.

Cancellation Policy:
This restaurant requires a credit card to secure this reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely.
Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance will not be charged.
Reservations canceled 7 days in advance are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total menu cost of the booked experience.
Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the reservation time are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total menu cost of the booked experience.

Credit Card Authorization;
The card submitted is for cancellation and will NOT be charged unless there is a violation of our booking terms or if there is an outstanding balance at the end of the meal that was not paid on site. Client is required to ON-SITE at the end of their reservation.
